How do I know what size to buy?

Order your normal size that you would order if buying another item of clothing. All our trousers, dungarees and shorts have a small stretch panels called WONDERFIT in the hips for added comfort when kneeling in the garden. I am really short... will the trousers and overalls (dungarees) fit me?

If you refer to our Size Charts you will see detailed dimensions for every item. If you are particularly short, our trousers and dungarees come with a waterproof Velcro ankle strap which secures the garment above your boots/shoes. 


Can I wash them?

Yes, they are machine washable at 40 degrees. 


What is your returns policy?

We have a 14 day no quibble refund policy, please see our Return/Refund Policy


What if an item is out of stock?

Our products are quite popular we sometimes run short of stock. In the event that the item you require is not in stock, please call or email us and we can advise when the item is due back into stock. Tel: 03 8593 9696 or Email us: sales@northernonline.com.au


Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, an alternative delivery address can be entered at the point of ordering if you are using the website. Alternatively, you can always give us a call and we can take your order by phone. Tel: 03 8593 9696

Do you have a catalogue?

Yes we do, you can download a copy from our our home page or email us at sales@northernbrands.com.au and we will send one to you.

Can we ship to New Zealand?

Yes we can.  


Will I have to pay import duty and taxes if I order outside Australia?

You may be charged import duties or taxes when the parcel reaches the delivery country. These charges vary and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.


How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

We try to dispatch all orders on the same or next working day and we will send you an email confirming shipment.
